You may return unused, new items in their original packaging along with all accessories within 30 days for an exchange or a refund to your credit card account. All shipping costs incurred by either the buyer or seller will be deducted from the refund amount.

All returned packages must be insured and shipped with postage prepaid. Please clearly print or type your full name and return address on the outside of the package. A copy of the invoice or packing slip must be included with your returned goods.
Shipping fees and processing charges are non‑refundable.

BOYEA FISHING GEAR reserves the sole right to deny returns from customers with a history of excessive returns or for any items that have been used. We also reserve the right to decline orders placed by customers with a high product‑return rate.
